POST is a type of data passing in html from the page to the GET and POST styles…your page is using POST and the URL will only allow GET for some reason…it could also be something unrelated to this and just represent and error in the code…you need to talk to the site admin / your hosting service to find out about what will cause this error and what the rules are for using POST and GET style data exchange

If your Database Driven website is on software you downloaded from the web, i.e. a CMS like Joomla or Drupal, or e-commerce software like OsCommerce, there may already be a plug-in to do exactly that. If your site is completely custom, then you will need to rewrite the URLs. If you are using Linux with Apache, look into using mod_rewrite looks like a good tutorial). It is a pretty simple thing to use once you get the hang of it. Good luck!

Make sure they add a good meta description a title which includes your location and there are pages that you can update or write new yourself. Your main keywords on the home page in the introduction. Look at some of your top competitors sites for ideas.
Yes you will need some basic seo, but you can build up your keyword density with and blog pages.

I highly doubt any women plan to use a dangerous medical procedure as their preferred method of control in other words to PREVENT pregnancy. With it is no longer preventative, so you can throw the words control around all you want, it means nothing.
Women do have the right to control their bodies and control if and when they give that is the whole point of being legal.

If you have a problem with women forgetting pills or in the moment deciding to risk not using a condoms or risking pregnancy because they want to take dangerous control medication then too bad for you, and is legal so deal with it.
There is nothing to talk about. Humans always make the right decisions, they make mistakes and it just so happens that when women slip up or make bad choices it can result in them having something grow inside them for almost a year.
There is nothing you can do to change these facts. You change human nature. also why you will never eradicate crime. It make women bad people.
For every woman not using a condom there is a man not using one either so what exactly is the point ? Somehow that women are the irresponsible ones? lmao.

Why are you suggesting that because someone is female they are almost required to be on medication that can kill them so they get pregnant, or they should have never have sex?
Sex always result in pregnancy. And IF someone does get pregnant, regardless of whether or not it was PREVENTED, the option of an exists so they can still control what their body does. What is hard to understand about all of the above?
If you like it well neither do I but that is how life is. If you want to control bodies.. take their control away.. force them to be slaves to their bodies and to sex or have them all on medication from 12-60 or tell them when they may and may not have sex and what they can and risk then that to me is more disturbing than any statistics.

You call a whole gender irresponsible or read anything from the numbers. need to look at the individual cases and judge them all seperately.

IRS does not have a say if they skip or offset. FMS would be the ones offsetting the refund. Maybe your son was on some type of payment plan last year and that would be why is refund was offset, he may have defaulted again and the refund was offset.

You're right that small developing countries prefer a pegged system because it creates a price stability for both imports and exports. It can also be manipulated to keep the rate undervalued to stimulate exports and keep the import down. It will curve inflation. Most of the countries use a basket of currencies to manage all these. These countries are also free from IMF article 8 to liberalize the financial system. But one big problem is, when the policy is going to be wrong such as the current account deficits are over 8% of GDP, the public debts are over 60% of GDP etc. the exchange rate of these countries will be attacked by speculants. Because they know that these small countries will not have enough foreign reserves to defend the pegged rate more than a month. The result is an devaluation of currency, and let all of these guys be fat. This type of crisis has happened over and over, including Mexico, Thailand, Korea, Argentina etc. China is different. It has a hugh foreign reserve to defend the pegged system. Noone dare to attack China. So the country can enjoy the exchange rate stability for awhile, until G20 will have a say, and China will feel ashamed.
