NOTE:  This page is currently under construction.

Attorneys are involved in every level of our society, without exception.  Those who are dedicated and competent are a wonderful asset to our society.  Those who are not are actually contributing to the decline of our society and must be identified.  Such information serves to protect citizens from bad lawyers.  Through legal means, efforts to disbar them must be instigated.

Too many surveys are done without any ability to identify those responding.  It is not our intention to publish any information without the written release of those who respond to our surveys.  It is also not our intention to publish any survey results from anonymous respondents without publishing names.  We are not interested in the ratings of attorneys for other attorneys, or judges for attorneys, or attorneys rating themselves.

The purpose of this survey, to be updated on a continuous basis, is to allow us to collect a database of information about which attorneys to hire, and which to avoid.  Also, it will allow us to support our members who have valid complaints against attorneys when such information is provided to reporting authorities.

It is also our intention to create the means to provide financial support to any person being involved in attorney litigation; such abuse must end.  Legal malpractice is a drain on us and a drain on society.

Additionally, since our elected judges come from this group, it is important to identify those attorneys with sufficient knowledge of law and competence, that citizens may make informed decisions in the voting booths.

We will be publishing all biographical information on judicial candidates.  We will be inviting all judicial candidates to speak to us prior to elections, that we may question them and assure that they meet our needs as judges.  As an organization, Redress will not advocate for or against the election of attorneys to office.
