Was wrongly accused, falsely arrested, misrepresented by public defender's office.  Judge Erickson denied a trial.  Nobody believes her.  The judge could not read the BCI number (which belonged to an 18-year-old man).  The charges were dismissed on December 9, 2002.  Regarded a bankruptcy case.  The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island is corrupt.  Went to FBI for assistance, was escorted out without investigation.

STAR-ALEXANDER, JULI (Idaho Case #1)

During an emergency eviction hearing, Defendant (Star) presented all past cancelled checks proving that she was not in default of rent; the cancelled checks were ruled "inadmissible" by Judge Steven Calhoun.  Defendent brought a witness that testified that Plaintiff (Merle Stone) had assaulted Star (police were called, statements were made); immediately after the police departure, Plaintiff served Star with an eviction letter, which was also presented in court and ruled "inadmissible" (such letter proving that eviction was not due to nonpayment at all).  A couple of days prior to the hearing, Star faxed to Plaintiff's attorney a copy of the cancelled check proving the eviction hearing was fraudulent, and brought proof of fax to court - it was ruled "inadmissible".   The attorney knew he was participating in a fraudulent hearing, but for a fee brought the case forward anyway. 

Also, Idaho law mandates a written rental cotract, which Plaintiff never requested from Star.  Therefore Plaintiff had no means to prove conditions of rental; however, the burden of proof is always on the Plaintiff.  Plaintiff had no proof, Star had much proof to refute. 

Defendent lost.  When fair evidence is ruled inadmissible, a case cannot be won. Defendant's belongings were seized by Sheriffs, who attempted to extort a storage fee from her for her belongings.  Star declined to pay.  Not until filing a federal suit against Idaho for this and other issues (to be posted), was Star able to recover her belongings, 2-1/2 years later.  Another note:  the local police refused to arrest Merle Stone for assault even though there were two material witnesses and three written statements.

Went to first court hearing in Phoenix, AZ in 1984.  Lost family, home, lots of money and gained years of stress and health problems.  Still going to court now in 2003, with dad's estate issues.  The courts cannot even allow the dead any peace nor the living any pleasure.  Has advocated for others for 11 years and begun an organization in Oregon.  Intends to wake the living and the dead in Arizona to get off their behinds and start to do something about that court system there also.  CC JAR Columbia County Citizens for Judicial Action and Reform; many of us are Court Watch members; have members from Oregon and Washington in all areas of court abuse.  Being at this since 1984, knows most of the groups and people across the country dealing with these issues, from radical type of patriots to simple common people with no strength left to fight.  There is no fight or flight in this bullring.  We are placed center stage.  Is happy to join this group and will be happy to contribute, help and also seek answers... we are all survivors of the system's methodical and intentional victimization for profit.
