Title 18, Section 1621 - Perjury
Whoever, having taken
an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any
case in whicha law of the United States authorizes an oath to be
administered, willfully and contrary to such oath states or
subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be
true, is guilty of perjury and shall be fined no more than
$2,000.00 or imprisoned not more than five years or
both.

Members of the
legislature, and all officers, executive, judicial and
ministerial, shall, before they enter upon the duties of their
respective offices, take and subscribe to the following
oath:

and defend the constitution and government of the United States,
and the constitution and government of the State of Nevada,
against all enemies, whether domestic or foreign, and that i will
bear true faith, allegiance and loyalty to the same, any

that I will well and faithfully perform all the duties of the
office of _______________, on which I am about to
enter."

support this Constitution.
