CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS

Class action lawsuits are being researched regarding:

• ADA violations in our courts.  American Bar Association finally recognizes this issue - The ABA Resolution passed by the House of Delegates in February 2002, recommends appointment of a disability accommodations coordinator for every courthouse (http://www.abanet.org/disabilityreporter/feature.html).  We are working to assemble groups of disabled litigants who have been denied reasonable accommodations of all kinds in our courthouses.  Contact us with your story.
